Quick 10- Minute Cornhole Practice Routine

This little handy practice routine came about because I only had 10 minutes for my break at work. I wanted something that would make me focus on shooting exact things rather than just pitching the bags. Trying to be disciplined if you will. I also practiced during my lunch and second break, but that will be for another blog someday. I have multiple reasons why I decided on such a routine. The first being that shooting an airmail can come at anytime. Not after you have practiced or pitched 8-16 in a row. The second that the added up and back off 8 straight airmails would give me a little extra practice on my airmail shoot. This practice routine became such a part of my warming up routine. That I implemented it into my warm ups before a tournament. And yep, I did it right after a couple of down and backs to get the focus on.
